PTL was able to provide the meal for free to students because of the great support of PTL events this year. Grace has extended a call to Mrs. Glory Jansen to be our 6th grade and middle school Language Arts teacher. Glory is a 2002 Concordia University Wisconsin graduate and currently teaches 5th and 6th grades at Beautiful Savior Lutheran in Waukesha. She has a Master's degree in education and is an English major. She is married and has three young children.
Please keep Mrs. Jansen and her family in your prayers as she considers this change in her teaching ministry. Please mark Saturday Sept 12 as the date of the Grace Golf Outing. Families may participate by golfing, donating to the auction, or joining the group for dinner. Details and registration information will be shared in the future. Here are some of the fall dates to note:
Extended Care families can now make payments online. Families may continue to pay by check but we wanted to offer this option to families who find it more convenient to pay electronically. We prefer ACH (checking or savings) withdrawals to avoid transaction fees. We are using VANCO as the processing company, the same company used for online giving at Grace church. If this payment trial goes well, we hope to expand the school online payment options to registration and other school fees for 2015-16. To set-up an online payment account:
During the first weeks of this system, after your account is set-up, please inform [email protected] so that staff can watch for the online transactions and properly credit your account. Please call extended care 262-251-7140 x110 if you have questions. |
